Government offers various subsidies to a certain segment of the population of our country. . Earlier, there were instances where these have been availed by the non-eligible class not and the benefits did not reach to the deserving ones. Now, any individual’s eligibility to avail of any subsidy can be easily determined by his/her Aadhaar card.

  • Bank Accounts

Aadhaar card can be linked with your bank account, which can be used to receive money directly from welfare schemes offered by the Indian government. This makes money transfer risk-free and super smooth. You can also apply for a savings account through Paisabazaar using your Aadhaar.

Under this directive, if the Aadhaar card has been provided at the time of application, the police verification can be done even after the passport has been issued and this saves a lot of time.

  • Voter Card

The UID is also linked with the Voter card to ensure that no fake person is able to cast their vote in any election. No illegal use or multiple voter ID cards for an individual is possible once both the cards are linked.
